I’ll be giving a talk about my book Between Gravity and What Cheer: Iowa Photographs at the University of Iowa Visual Arts Building on Tuesday, January 22 at 5:30pm in lecture hall 125. Presented in partnership with FlakPhoto, Barry Phipps joins us to talk about his new book of Midwestern photographs. Phipps' work will be on display in the James Watrous Gallery as part of the New Midwest Photography exhibition.
